Catch us at the Friday Night Market July 5th



Find our booth outside the Community Policing Office in Spirit Square.   The Market starts at 5:30 and runs until 8pm.  There will be vendors, music, and lots of extra excitement.  Drop by our booth for a game of PLINKO for a chance to win prizes as well.

Join us for our bowling fundraiser october 19th, 2024





Join the gang from Merritt & Nicola Valley Crime Stoppers for a fun bowling event.  Oct 19th at the Merritt Bowling Centre, 2076 Coutlee Ave, Merritt.

There are two bowling times available, prizes, a silent auction, a 50/50 draw and more.  Come out for a fun night of bowling and help support making our community a safe place to live, work, and raise a family.

May 4th, 2024  Merritt RCMP Charity yard sale

Looking for something to do on May 4th?   Drop by Central Park, here in Merritt and check out the goodies available at this charity yard sale.


This year two local RCMP members are riding to support the kids and they would appreciate your support as well.  


Donations are also accepted.  If you have anything that you would like to donate, please contact the local detachment at 250-378-4262 to arrange drop off.  Financial donations can be made on the day.


The COPS FOR KIDS Charity appreciates all the support to help the kids.

Join us for Country Christmas Week!


Community Christmas Tree Light Up Event

Join us at the Community Christmas Tree light up event on November 20, 2023. Crime Stoppers members will be on site, at 2026 Granite Ave, offering hot chocolate and treats beginning at 5:30pm. The tree lights up at 6pm. We look forward to seeing you at this beloved community event!


Country Christmas Parade

Make sure you take in the Country Christmas Parade on November 24, 2023 beginning at 7pm. Crime Stoppers will be partnered with the Community Policing Office to enter a parade float and offer treats to those along the route. Please watch for us and have a safe holiday season.

Merritt & Nicola Valley Crime Stoppers AGM



On December 7, 2023 we invite society members and anyone who is interested in learning about Crime Stoppers to our Annual General Meeting to be held at 2026 Granite Ave, beginning at 1:30pm. 


We request that you RSVP to to ensure that we have room for everyone.

The Merritt Community Policing Office (CPO) at Spirit Square is a community partner of the Crime Stoppers.

The RCMP offers an online crime reporting form as well as information about the local detachment.
